Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, UK, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Monaco, Norway, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Iceland, and Malta.

Our logistics partners for parcel shipments are DPD, DHL, or UPS. Larger shipments are dispatched by freight carrier from our distribution center in 41812 Erkelenz, Germany. Please note: Delivery to packing stations is not possible.

The following packaging and shipping rates apply to all online orders placed via the QFR Sports GbR online shops:

- A flat shipping rate of €7.00 (net) plus statutory VAT per parcel (up to 30 kg) applies for deliveries within Germany to a single delivery address.

- Shipments to multiple addresses are available upon request.

- We offer free shipping within Germany for orders with a net value of €100.00 or more.

Most items are available for immediate delivery from stock. Should an item be unexpectedly out of stock or a delivery issue arise, we will notify you promptly.

Return Shipments

Returns are accepted only upon prior agreement.

- Within Germany: We cover return shipping costs for agreed returns. A prepaid return label will be provided.

- Outside Germany: Customers are responsible for the cost and organization of the return shipment. Please ensure appropriate tracking and insurance.
