General Return Information

To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, please follow these steps:

  • Return items in their original packaging and in undamaged condition.
  • Ensure the package is securely sealed and any old address labels or barcodes are removed.
  • Refunds will be issued after successful inspection of the returned items using the original payment method.

Return Costs

  • Within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs for confirmed returns. You will receive a return label from us.
  • Outside Germany, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the return shipment.

Combined Returns

If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together. We only cover the cost of one return shipment per order. Additional return shipments for the same order must be paid for by the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance by email at newton@qfr-sports.de. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Returns from Switzerland & non-EU countries

Please note that Switzerland and other non-EU countries are considered third countries for customs purposes.

Returns from these countries are therefore subject to the respective customs and import regulations of the destination country, Germany. We have no influence on these processes.

Important information for returns from Switzerland:

  • Returns from Switzerland may end up at German customs and require additional processing.
  • If a customs notification is not delivered to us or is delivered too late, the package may be automatically returned to the sender.
  • In this case, the return is considered not to have been received by us and cannot be refunded.

To avoid delays or returns, we strongly recommend:

  • Sending the return via a German shipping address within Germany (e.g., via border parcel services, acquaintances, or personal delivery in Germany)
  • alternatively, clearly declare the shipment as “Returned Goods” with no value

We accept no liability for shipments held by customs or returned to the sender.

30-Day Extended Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for deliveries within the EU.

This means:

  • Returns within 30 days, even with signs of use
  • Valid only with receipt or proof of purchase
  • Applies to all items purchased through our online shop
  • Return shipping costs from outside Germany are the customer’s responsibility

Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (QFR Sports GbR, Ringstraße 8, 41812 Erkelenz, Germany, newton@qfr-sports.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the goods, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in no case will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except for returns from Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
